Commercial Refrigerators are specialized refrigeration or freezing equipment designed for use in supermarkets, cold beverage stores, hotels, restaurants, and other commercial venues. They are primarily used for storing ice cream, beverages, dairy products, frozen foods, and ingredients. Key features include professional temperature control and showcase-style design, often featuring single or multiple transparent glass doors (excluding kitchen refrigerators) to facilitate visual display of internal contents and enhance sales.

Commercial refrigerators are divided into three main categories: commercial chillers, commercial freezers, and kitchen refrigerators.

The temperature of the refrigerated cabinet ranges from 0-10°C, suitable for beverages, dairy products, and the like; the frozen cabinet maintains a temperature below -15°C, used for ice cream and frozen foods; while the kitchen refrigerator is primarily made of stainless steel, designed for the back-of-house environment and equipped with multi-temperature zone compartments.

With the growth of major beverage, ice cream, and frozen food manufacturers, the market size continues to expand, and product forms are gradually diversified. The rapid development of fast-moving consumer goods has driven the introduction of commercial refrigerators. Due to their more intuitive display, more specialized storage temperatures, and greater convenience, the market for commercial refrigerators has rapidly expanded. Their cooling principle is similar to that of household refrigerators, achieved through compressor circulation for temperature reduction. During use, attention must be paid to power supply standards, regular cleaning, and defrosting maintenance.
